Over the years we have established ourselves as one of the leading companies in the Region in slaughtering pigs, cattle and sheep and goats, always in constant growth, offering the best services adapted to the needs of each customer.
The company that today constitutes Matadero El Cabezo de la Plata, S.L. could not exist without the years of effort and experience of three brothers: Juan, Miguel and Antonio Garre García. Without their knowledge and constancy at work it would not have been possible to be what we are today. The three are supported by more than 40 years of experience in the meat sector.
Butchers from a young age emigrated to Switzerland, in the 1970s, in search of a better future, where they trained as professionals working in the company MICARNA, A.G. belonging to the group MIGROS, A.G. and after years of hard work they returned to Spain to make a common project: to create their own company in the sector applying all the knowledge learned abroad. In this way they create first Meat Industries Garre García and later it is born "Matadero El Cabezo de la Plata, S.L.", becoming today in El Cabezo Meat Center as it is.
It is currently a company positioned in the meat services sector, giving our wholesale customers fresh meat the best slaughter services, cold stores, cutting and packaging rooms. We work with the objective of growing, adapting to the technical needs of the moment and modernizing our lines to generate work and stability both for the families that work with us, and for society.
We continuously adapt to the needs of our customers, generating an "added value" in our services/products, and thank them in this way for the trust and commitment they have placed in us for so many years.
