The Slaughterhouse El Cabezo de la Plata, has as its highest priority the quality and food safety of the products it offers. For this reason, it is committed to maintaining a Quality and Food Safety Management System based on:

  • To offer the customer a safe product, authentic and differentiated quality, that meets the legal requirements of production and assume responsibilities towards its customers.
  • Motivate and raise the awareness of raw material suppliers of the need to supply safe and quality products that comply with applicable legal requirements.
  • Maintain an ethical and work conduct among staff, as well as with clients and suppliers, making them participants in the improvements that are carried out in the company.
  • To have an adequate infrastructure and qualified and trained personnel to ensure the permanence and increase of the products in the market within a process of continuous improvement.
  • To ensure the total satisfaction of the client, fulfilling the established ties and attending to their needs and requirements, thus minimizing the claims of the clients to become differential suppliers.
  • Ensure the protection and conservation of the environment through concrete actions and appropriate processes, optimizing resources and making decisions for sustainable development.
  • Ensure a HALAL commitment, meeting all standards for your proper process.
  • To spread a culture of Food Security at all levels of the Organization, through the continuous training, sensitization and training of our personnel in all their activities, related to the food safety of our products and services and, in the same way, guarantee the competences of our employees related to food safety.
  • Ensure that there can be no FOOD FRAUD, in any process.
  • SAE: We are certified by the Specific Self-Control System for Exports to Third Countries with Requirements Different from Intra-Community Countries.
